Important information
Please note that the free transfer from Manaus Airport to the hotel is offered at 07:30 and at 13:30 only. Shuttles from hotel to Manaus are scheduled to arrive by 12:00. Transfers can be arranged out of scheduled times for an additional charge. Guests must contact the hotel at least 2 days prior to arrival in order to reserve the pick-up service. The hotel will contact guests via email to work out transfer details. Please note that rates do not include alcoholic beverages, additional services such as laundry, bar and convenience store. Those need to be paid separately.
