This is a very quiet holiday apartment for 2-4 guests in a detached three-storey house, with no direct neighbours, in a spectacular location above the village of Feld am See, at 1000 metres above sea level, with 360° panoramic views of mountains, the valley, two lakes, forests and fields, ideal for couples or families seeking a base away from hustle and bustle to explore Carinthia and enjoy summer and winter activities. Hiking and cycling trails start right by the house. The house has parking space, a garden with play equipment for children (swing, slide, sandpit, giant trampoline in summer), grill facilities, a terrace with an awning and a big 900m² garden with deckchairs and a parasol. It is on the ground floor at garden level with a separate entrance, while the owners occupy the upper two floors. All the windows afford spectacular views of the mountainous nature. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living and dining room that can be used as a second bedroom at night (two single beds, one is pulled out from under the other), with a sofa, a dining table with chairs. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette in the entrance hall. The bathroom has a shower bath.Facilities & Services
