Important information
Please inform Lakes Hotel & Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please contact the property in advance for extra beds and children cots. Children under 16 years are permitted in the pool and Spa area from 08:00 to 14:00 (last entry to the pool is 1:00). On arrival you will be required to present the card you have made your deposit/pre-payment with at hotel reception. This card will be swiped for a minimum value of £50.00 plus any outstanding balances to allow charges to your room. Please note, unless previously arranged with Lakes Hotel and Spa, we do not accommodate any groups/parties. Hotel bedrooms are available to check in from 3.00pm and apartments are available to check in from 4.00pm.
