Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. As per Colombia's tax laws, a 19% VAT will be charged to Colombian residents and nonresident that do not receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP7, TP11 stamp or TP12 visa upon entry to the country. This amount will be charged at the hotel as an addition to the quoted room rate. 19% VAT exemption only applies to room package rates. For the entrance of children, it is necessary to present the civil registry or the child's identity card. In case of not being in the company of their parents, the person responsible for taking care of the children, must present the authenticated authorization document from at least one of the parents. Law 1098 of 2006 Code of childhood and adolescence. To protect credit card owners from fraud, it is mandatory that the guest presents the credit card used to make the reservation online, together with an official photo ID of the cardholder at check-in.The hotel reserves the right to reject the guest at check-in, for not meeting this requirement. If the cardholder is not the person staying at the hotel, the guest must present clear photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used and the cardholder’s photo ID, duly signed by the owner of the card.
