A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 23 Jan 2020 until Fri 15 May 2020 Please inform the property about your arrival if your expected arrival time is after 17:00. We kindly remind you that we do not have a reception at the property. Key handling is managed by Lighthouse Team. Outdoor pool might be unavailable due to weather conditions between 1 October and 15 May. Please kindly be informed that free sunbeds will be provided at the contracted beach area for guests who make purchases from the restaurant at the beach. Please note that the property will change the linens and towels in every four days free of charge. Please note that guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival.
