Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Parkapartments - Berlin 1 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. Please note that the apartments are located in a residential building. There is no reception desk. You will be met on arrival by the apartment contact person. Guests arriving before 15:00 or departing later than 11:00 must contact the apartments in advance. An extra fee of EUR 25 is charged for arrivals after 21:00 and for arrivals after 00:00 an extra fee of EUR 50 will apply. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 150 will be blocked on your credit card a few days prior to arrival. This will be released a few days after your departure. Guests paying by credit card must pay the remaining balance 24 hours before arrival. Any outstanding payment must be made in cash on arrival.
