Architecturally designed, this stunning home boasts breathtaking, uninterrupted views with a large expansive deck, wrapping around the house. The driveway is long and flat, providing excellent boat and car parking The house has been cleverly designed to that almost all rooms in the house have water views. On the deck you will find a large BBQ and gas bottle, to compliment the chef quality kitchen, which has a microwave, stove top, oven, dishwasher and a full-sized refrigerator. Guests can take a walk to Waterwheel Tavern, a boat launching ramp and a stunning beach.

Superior guest experience at Pelicans Perch
LAYOUT At entry level there are three large bedrooms. The master room is downstairs with its own kitchen, laundry facilities and living space, providing the perfect retreat. The living space is open plan with large windows showcasing the water views and allowing natural light to pour in. The living space flows out onto the large deck. All rooms have either large windows or sliding doors with fly screens, so you can open the house up to enjoy a gorgeous summer breeze. The house has a large bathroom with double vanity, two showers, a spa bath and toilet. The design of this bathroom enables each facility to be used simultaneously. There is a second toilet off the laundry near the living space and the master ensuite, downstairs, consists of a free standing shower, toilet and vanity. Flat Screen TV and DVD player. There is a separate games room with a pool table The house is heated and cooled by a split system air conditioner Washing Machine and Dryer For the younger ones, there is fenced yard area for small children to safely play on the grass. There is an internal stair case leading down to the master retreat that has a safety gate at the top and a door that can be lockedFacilities & Services
