Important information
Please inform Pension Mozart - contactless check-in in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Late check-in (later than 23:00) is not possible. Please do not book if you are intending to check in after this time. Hotel parking vouchers are available at the reception on arrival. Please note that reservation is not possible. The vouchers are available only on a first-come first-served basis. They provide inexpensive parking on the streets within the 6th district but do not secure a particular parking space. Please note that the short-stay parking zone charges apply from 09:00 to 22:00 only. There is no charge from 22:00 on Friday until 09:00 on Monday and on public holidays. If public parking close to the property is not available, next less expensive parking garage is located at Museumsquartier (400 metres away).
