Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is no lift at this property. Upper floors can be accessed by stairs only. Acceptable forms of identification are passports, a driver's licence and a national identity card. The guesthouse can't accept Garda IDs, public services cards or other forms of identification. The property cannot accept groups of 10 or more people. Please note, the car park at this property cannot accommodate long wheel base vans or minibuses. If the car park is full, free street parking is available from 18:30 until 08:30. Charges may apply at other times. Parking for all vehicles is subject to availability and is on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that late check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 is possible, subject to availability and upon advance request. Late check-in is subject to a surcharge of EUR 10 per hour. Guests are required to arrange the late check-in with the property at least 1 day prior to arrival. Check out after 11:00 will result in a EUR 10 per hour fee.
