Q1 Resort & Spa’s Skypoint Observation Deck rises 230 metres above Surfers Paradise, with 360° views over the Gold Coast hinterland, Pacific Ocean and Byron Bay. Recreation options include the Q1 Spa, heated lap pool, two lagoon swimming pools, steam and sauna rooms, a well equipped gymnasium, BBQ facilities and even a mini movie theater. Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform Q1 Resort & Spa - Official in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a non-refundable 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card, and a non-refundable 2.75% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. We require a physical card for the balance and pre authorization to be presented on check-in by the cardholder. Please note that virtual driving licenses are not accepted as a form of identification. This property requires a credit card pre-authorization upon check in, to cover any incidental charges.
