Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Reservations for 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations and will have a different cancellation policy than single reservations. The property will contact you to provide further information about this policy. Based on local tax laws, all Colombian citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
