Important information
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Reiteralm in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please inform the hotel in advance if you want to check in after 20:00. The spa area are closed on Mondays throughout the year. Please note that in July, August and September each year, the spa area is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is open between 13:00 and 20:00 on Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 13:00 and 22:00 on Fridays, between 10:00 and 20:00 on Saturdays, and between 10:00 and 18:00 on Sundays. Please note the opening times of the spa area: - From Tuesday to Thursday and on Saturdays from 10:00 until 20:00; - On Fridays from 10:00 until 22:00; - On S undays and public holidays from 10:00 until 18:00. Please note that the restaurant and the wellness center is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
