Important information
Please inform RiKu HOTEL Neu-Ulm in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the hotel is based in Neu-Ulm when entering destination details. For a late arrival after midnight, guests have the option to contact the hotel in advance in order to receive the code to check-in. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note there are only a limited number of free parking spaces available at the hotel. However, guests receive a discount at the Merkur-Parkhaus car park at Augsburger Tor Platz, 300 metres away (reservations not possible). Street parking on Maximilianstraße and on Augsburger Straße is free from 20:00 to 09:00. Please note that children and extra beds need to be confirmed by the property prior to arrival.
