Please inform Sandy Beach Hotel & Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. Please note that the hotel doesn't accept bookings from bachelors. Only families are allowed to stay at the property. Please note that due to compliance with government regulations, the hotel will ask for either a passport with valid entry visa or UAE identity card to be presented at the reception desk upon arrival. Please note that due to renovations, the Coffee Shop is closed. Room rates showing the booking page/ confirmation letter are not included in the 10% service charge, 10% municipality fee and 5% VAT. The payable rate to the hotel for any room booking will be applicable to additional 25% charges.
