Important information
Please inform Sheraton Nanchang Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The opening hours of some facilities at Sheraton Nanchang Hotel during the Spring Festival are as follows: ● From January 23 to January 29, 2020, the steakhouse and Japanese restaurant will be closed; ● From January 24 to January 27, 2020, the hotel's 26th floor executive lounge will be closed. Soft drinks and happy hour will be upgraded to buffet dinner at the hotel's restaurant on the first floor; ● From January 28 to January 30, 2020, the hotel's 26th floor executive lounge will be open from 10:00 to 23:30 and soft drinks and happy hour services will be available. ● From January 24 to January 30, 2020, executive breakfast will be served at the feast restaurant on the first floor of the hotel; ● There will be adjustment of the opening hours of the swimming pool from 24 January 2020 and the whirlpool will be closed. Please note that due to a sudden outbreak of new pneumonia, the property has decided to suspend some facilities from opening to the public: the grill and bar, the Ya Japanese Restaurant, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, the whirlpool, the executive lounge will be closed.
