Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please note that this property requires a refundable $1000 bond upon check in to cover any damage to the property. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation within 7 days of check out. The premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The BBQ must be cleaned prior to check out, or an additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged. Early check in from 10:00 and late check out of up to 12:00 may be available for an additional charge of $60. This is subject to availability upon prior request at least 24 hours prior to stay.
