Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Ourthe & Somme - Trou du renard 9, 5377 Somme-Leuze. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent bed linen for EUR 8 and towels for EUR 3 per person or bring their own should they wish to do so. Baby cots and chairs are available for an additional fee. The costs for energy are not included in the price and will be calculated at the end of the guest's stay according to consumption.
