Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. Please note a refundable security deposit of 50 euro is charged upon arrival. This deposit is used for damages and extras taken in the hotel. There are different ways to reach the hotel from the airport: Connexxion Airport Shuttle for EUR 27 per person, public transport for EUR 8 per person and a taxi service of EUR 50. If you would like more information, please let the hotel know. Please note that the property will charge the reservation amount of your credit card on the day of booking when booking a non-refundable rate. If you make a reservation with a non-refundable rate, you will receive an e-mail from the hotel with a secured payment link. This requires you to pay for your reservation. Non-refundable reservations must be paid in advance via this link within 24 hours after making the reservation.
