We have the most easily accessible beaches that you could want. There are so many hiking trails with beach access. If you ask us we will tell you where our favourite beaches are. You can bring your pets and your kayaks! Sit on your deck and watch for whales and sea lions swimming by and wait for the beautiful sunsets. Meet the locals in the pub and check out our library of old books. If you find one you like you are welcome to give it a new home with you. We can organize an unforgettable fishing excursion with Randy's Fishing Charters and then Nick can process your wild salmon for you and mail it home to you! Or, he will smoke it and you can take some home in your suitcase. You will have stories to tell your friends back home. Why not book a Grizzly Bear watching trip while you are here? You can get picked up at the far end of the island and they will take you to the inlet to see the grizzly bears as they feed along the shoreline. We can help you set that trip up but you have to book early if you want to go in August. There is fabulous whale watching trips you can go on or First Nations cultural trips that can be experienced.
