Important information
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please note that while guests cannot access their booked rooms until the regular check-in time, the indoor water and spa facilities can be accessed upon arrival (subject to wait times). Please note that due to important maintenance work, the Whitewater River cannot be used from June 7, 2021 through June 23, 2021 inclusive. During this time, the water slide tower, jungle splash and water slides in the lagoon are still available to guests.
