Please inform Villa Biso in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are requested to inform the property of their arrival time at least 1 hour in advance in order to ensure check-in. Please note that there a deposit of EUR 100 is required for the apartment key. After booking, the property will contact you with bank details in order for you to transfer the accommodation fees. Please note that an early check-in and a late-check out can be accommodated for a fee of EUR 50 each. Please contact the property in advance to arrange this.
