Please inform VISIONAPARTMENTS Living Hotel Geneve-Gare in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building. The check-in takes place directly at the apartment. Guests must provide an email with their identity card or passport before the arrival in order to receive the access code. The access code will be sent on the day of arrival. Please note that the pictures are only representative and show examples of room categories.
