Easily accessible to the serene crystal clear waters of St. Georges Basin and set upon 1200 square metres of natural flora and fauna. -. On the water side, a gentle sloping paved pathway leads to the perfectly level yard with picnic table and magnificent views of the waterfront. Note that from our property boundary to the waters edge is ONLY 10 metres. A welcoming introduction to the local bird life, such as King Parrots, Crimson Rosellas & Kookaburras - you may also experience Kangaroos and Possums, often just at your doorstep! The property includes 3 large bedrooms, modern bathroom and a well appointed kitchen.
